March 25th, 2020
Per Governor Inslee’s order, we will be temporarily closing our building to the public and converting all of our appointments to telehealth appointments. This will be in effect from Thursday, March 26th until at least Friday, April 10th. Please like and follow us on facebook and instagram, as well as check your email regularly, for updates. In order to do telehealth we will be utilizing the https://doxy.me platform for online video sessions. Please read the following information carefully for instructions on how to participate. The date and time of your currently scheduled appointment will apply to your telehealth session. It will simply be online and from the comfort of your own home instead of in our office.
**PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be in your home during
the session. Your provider will confirm you are in your home before the session begins. They will be unable to have a session with you if you are not in your own home due to rigid insurance restrictions. Unless an arrangement has been made with your provider, not being in your home at the time of the session may result in a no-show fee.
TO PARTICIPATE IN A VIDEO SESSION WITH YOUR PROVIDER:
- Make sure you are using a computer that has a camera and a microphone
- Enable the Video & Microphone on the computer
- Scroll down to the lavender portion of this page
- Look for your provider and click on the link that says, “Start a telemedicine call with [Your Provider]”
- Follow the website’s instructions
- Please start the call and be ready for your session 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you are ready as soon as your provider is
PATIENTS OF AMY EPP: During this time, Amy will only be available to schedule appointments before 12 noon. She is not available in the afternoons.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEES: We are no longer able to waive late cancellation fees. As such, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment in order to avoid any unnecessary financial burden on your and your family. Additionally, no-show fees will continue to be in effect.
COPAYS: During our building closure we will be unable to accept payments in our office. If you are concerned about accumulating a balance during this time, you may call our billing department at 425.899.3999 to make payments over the phone. Otherwise, you are welcome to pay your bill once we are back up and running normally.
We appreciate your continued patience with us as we try to quickly navigate these new technologies to best serve everyone in this extraordinary time. Please do not hesitate to call our office at 360.682.5299 if you have any questions or
concerns about this process or anything else.
